Our menu has been carefully put together using the best local suppliers and produce. Our beef is sourced from British farms by accredited butchers, C&P Food Services, specialising in rare breed beef and the award winning Beck’s Butchers. We use breeds of beef which are reared locally to our butcher as well as rare breed beef which is exclusively available on our Market Menu. The meat is dry-aged for a minimum of 31 days for maximum flavour and texture. Some of our beef is then further enhanced in our in-house dry ager.
We also have a selection of classic and innovative dishes, so everyone is catered for.
