Mona Zebhi born March 1982 a restaurateur with lots of passion.
Mona began her career aged 18 working in a café whilst learning English at a local college, after just 2 years living in the UK.
Mona went on to open her own coffee shop in Walsall. Building up a successful business Over 4 years she went on to sell the business to travel the world and gain more experience along the way.
Stopping in Canada for 6 months whilst traveling, Mona had the opportunity to work for a high end restaurant where she gained vast knowledge on the “quality of service” aspects of hospitality. It’s not just about the food you are served that makes the experience. This inspired her to start a career in Hospitality and to one day own and manage her own business.
Returning back to Birmingham from Canada to start a full time Tourism and Business management degree, Mona went on to work part time for restaurant Liaison, a fine dining restaurant whilst at University.
After graduating from University Mona applied to several restaurants in the City centre and was offered the job at Andersons Bar and grill back in 2009. Starting as a full time waitress was promoted to Restaurant Supervisor in 2011 and has played a major part in making Andersons what it is today.
