Dan’s career for the last 11 years has been in hospitality and he has grown up surrounded within this type of environment.
As well as being a highly experienced Chef, Dan also has key skills in customer service both within the front and back of house, from luxurious hotel settings to Michelin star restaurants.
When starting out in his career as a young commis chef, Dan was fortunate to work in a Michelin star restaurant (which is where he met Dan Anderson) and classical French bistros which was a superb opportunity as it equipped him with the best training a young chef could have.
In 2015 Dan wished to move into a high paced top end restaurant which gave him the ability to be in a senior role yet still be creative without sacrificing his cooking skills. Andersons bar and grill was the order of the day, of which Dan Anderson had no problems with employing him as Head Chef.
He is highly motivated and ambitious and keen to climb the career and business ladder of providing the highest service with best quality cuisine to satisfied customers.
